October Art Gallery Hop (Morning)

23 October | 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM | Colaba

We’ve got quite a trek planned for our last physical walks for 2021! Jump right into some stunning shows, from Isa showing Maha Ahmed and David Brian Smith, then hike over to Chemould Prescott Road for Sheetal Gattani’s solo. A cab ride later we’re at Method for WOLF’s show, then walk/ cab over to Sakshi’s new show all the way from Baroda.

We might make a stop on the way, but we can tell this is going be one LONG walk.

  • As usual vaccination certificates are a MUST if you’re buying a ticket.

  • Tickets are non-refundable but you can transfer to a friend for the same walk.

  • Route is subject to change. A final route will be emailed to you on Friday morning.

Space(s) for Art

5 June, 2021 | Online

We are thrilled to partner with the Asiatic Society of India, Mumbai, on a whirlwind virtual visit back to newly independent Bombay as it made space(s) for modern art!

This virtual tour of the city's now lost cultural landscape is a labour-of-love attempt to re-collect, restore and share Mumbai's fabled early modern art histories. Especially for all those 12-15 year olds you know and love.

“Walk” with us as we discuss the shows on view and get into details behind their existence. It’s shaping up to be quite a diverse range of practices, so get your tickets now!

The walk is a 1.5 hour exploration of between 4-5 exhibitions currently on view in Mumbai (maybe elsewhere). We place special emphasis on the ‘looking’ and ‘reading’ of individual works of art with the help of our two fearless leaders Alisha Sadikot and Nishita Zachariah, who chat and talk over each other, while making it a enjoyable way to end the working day!
